Needless to say 4 hours on the phone a whole day wasted and we are none the wiser. He is currently using a BT Voyager with 1 Ethernet port, he wants Wireless and to connect 2 PCs and a Mac. We have a Netgear ADSL Router.

With most ADSL Routers and ISPS you bang in the usernamer and password they give and away you go.

BT keep harping on about not supporting non branded eqipment.

Is there any way to get the elusive password? Do I need one?

He has left a message with complaints and will switch to another provider if it isnt sorted.

I have to say this is the worst service I have ever experienced. Is it just India at the weekend or always?
i think.
