hi our landline and wirless internet has gone down ,we have been on to virgin helpline using a moby to india
cud not get any sense out of her and told to ring bac at 5 0 clock due to there applications being down and under repair
so she cudent even find our customer details.Is anyone having simaler problems in stoke on trent
