so where did he get the `some bloke told me` i could get 16.5meg from..even on adsl2 line this isnt going to be possible! and for free?? im not even slightly tempted cos those old exchanges are all overloaded anyway!

im thinking that his line is `POSSIBLE` of taking the 16 meg but it never will..imagine in peek times when everyones on the utorrent or surfing of p2p or playing online games on there xbox360 or overlypriced ps3! its just not going to happen.
