he said works paying for the kit, so he's best looking for something with 11n and gigabit router to the wired bits for the future id think.
i cant say if its any good as i dont have it but the WRT350N. It's got Gigabit switch for your lan, it's well supported by DD-WRT(v24 latest betas for the moment) and it has 802.11n. seems ok , need to look into it for the full spec.
wimax kit doesnt seem to be covered very well as yet though .
