Cable Forum - View Single Post - Have you received a letter from Davenport Lyons or ACS?

I reckon this is bogus, but:

You could play a double bluff here. I would be tempted to contact Davenport Lyons as a "concerned citizen" to warn them that some unscrupulous third party was using their name to cause distress and perpetrate a fraud.

I reckon that they would respond by either confirming that the letter received was genuine (unlikely), or advising you to dump said letter in the bin.

Anyway assuming this game was downloaded via the use of Bit Torrent? This works by the download of packets of information from any number of other users at the same time (1 to may thousands) so to single one out of many (to me) would be nigh impossible.

Load of benghazi!!
