Thank you very much for your e-mail of the 19~ March expressing your concerns
about the provision of social housing for servicemen and women leaving our Armed
Forces.

I have to explain that as a Government Minister, I am unable to sign Early Day
Motions as these are mechanisms reserved for back bench Members of Parliament.
However, I appreciate you letting me know your concerns and have written to the
Secretary of State in the Ministry of Defence for his comments on the matter.

As soon as I am in receipt of a substantive response I will, of course, get back to
you.
