Re: WRT54GS - problem

Very interesting - Now I was online gaming on Monday night and the connection dropped - I checked the modem and rebooted - OK. I went to the router page (WRT54GS) and it was on the firmware page stating it was in management mode. Looks like it had lost it's firmware completely. I reflashed it with the Linksys latest I had and it's back up but it does seem prone to connection freezes now for some reason. So my question is -

I have a V6 and I understand that I can only use the DD-WRT Micro FW on it.
Is it as simple of going to the firmware upgrade page and flashing it from there? It's just I saw on another page I might have use something called vxworks_prep_v03 ? prior to the flashing - is this correct???? as it looks a little daunting.

Thanks in advance
