Well I had problems wiring it not long ago... non the the diagrams worked! And found a sheet of paper in a draw with them on which gave me a working line.
I've tried lots of websites with just either a blank line or a crackling line with NOTHING on it.

Current Setup
A = White with green bands.
B = Green with white bands .
1 = Empty.
2 = Blue with white bands.
3 = Orange with white bands.
4 = White with orange bands.
5 = White with blue bands.
6 = Blank.
