add to that they have asked me 3 times now IF i have the boxes installed or am i waiting for them to be installed as a job card is raised saying i dont have them!
3 mins to go i can feel a calm tab coming!

suprise suprise the systems are down and wont b able to talk to anybody till then not exeptable i think
