There's been at least three posts in this thread from other Mods, asking that people stay on topic...no one appeared to pay any attention...

So, I've done a bit of a clean up.

No more off topic posts please. No more insults or bickering either.

As others have said, Virgin have not done anything like that. You may have some sort of fault - I'd suggest phoning Virgin again.
