Try turning off UPnP on the router - the Sky firmware allegedly has a bit of a bug wrt UPnP causing disconnects.

[would mean you'd have to manually set up port-forwarding though if you use e.g. Azureus etc.]



What's your noise margin like? Have you removed the ring wire? Thought about getting a filtered faceplate?
