No Tv
Hi,
I switched on the TV to watch the rugby and the digibox displayed Tune with the TV service update dont switch off your NTL box etc.
After half an hour I pulled the plug for a minute and nothing.
I then phoned CS and spoke to someone from another country who said there were no problems in my area then did some tests. Then he booked an Engineer for Monday.
My phone has been sticking on ring for weeks after calls so I have to disconnect it so I dont think its the box but the cable.
The box up the road has been open since last year so I assume they know about it but Broadband is working but some sites are extremely slow.
Is there anthing I can do apart from waiting for Monday to come.
