I get sound to start, but when I select any of the 2 - 5 screens, I get a picture with no sound.

Interactive works ok most of the time and is very quick, better than the Pace box days.

Press Red is temperamental from all channels.

I've just had Virgin TV installed and have a Samsung 2110 box.

Is there a fix for this?

I assume it's a box software issue, but how long has this box been out and is there an update due soon?
