Which Sky BB service are you on? Base, Mid, Max, or Connect?


Where does the router plug in? BT Master, or an extension?


Have you tried using the test socket on the BT Master (remove the faceplate to reveal it)?



What are your connection stats when connected normally & when via the test socket? (sync speed, noise margin, etc.).
