I cannot say for certain, just trying to help, but my guess would be definitely a mistake. It's not shown on the
channel listing and the M package doesn't get any +1 channels, not even +1 channels of channels that the M pack does get, so to get a +1 channel of a channel they don't get seems to suggest something went wrong somewhere
