I'm based in N.I.
Called 150, yesterday 9/03, selected leave VM option, waited 40 mins to talk to someone, told her the probs, said we had had enough and wanted to leave, all probs sorted within 5 mins! Maybe that's the trick, take steps to leave.
Now that we have all that we were promised, I am quite impressed with the quality of picture etc, but still think cs & faults are very unhelpful. I just hope it doesn't take 4 days to sort out any problem!!!
