The point I was trying to make is that if you look at the history of their posts,they have done nothing but ask obvious questions and moan that they cant cancel or that Virgin is poor etc.
Whilst they may be genuine, I doubt it.
Yes users who have been on the board for a while may have genuine gripes with their service and they are fully entitled to articulate this. But they do not start continual posts saying that they are trying to cancel or about which magazine etc, etc .....

In other words you're what's called in the industry as 'an offer rider' - so I hope you feel proud of that.
I personnally stick to my guns when I make a decision unlike some.
