It's an ongoing saga, original install date 27/2, engineer turned up with no box had to wait another week. Finally installed, paying for XL package only getting BBC1 &2,ITV & CH4. We cant watch any recorded progs because of fault with pin and keep getting on screen msg about invalid smart card. I wouldn't recommend VM to my worst enemy!!!!!
CS & faults nobody seems to have a clue what to do about this, except wait four days for a fone call
