what on earth have people got such a bee in their bonnet about?! - when I've phoned to complain about anything to do with the stb, the person at the call centre always says 'have you tried rebooting' like I should do this
before I phone them to ask 'help!'
and as my epg (ntl) has been very pants for an age now, I shall attempt to reboot it. *crosses fingers*
