I recently had a similar experience with CS, allthough I hadn't called to cancel... I rang them up to have a little moan about my loss of sky channels too see if they could offer a compensation. I am currently on L TV, XL Internet and L phone. I was paying Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£55 a month.... I was offered XL TV, XL internet and a extra V+ box for free! and on top of that he said my bill would be Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£45 a month!! They were very helpfull on the phone. It will now take a great deal to even get me to think about moving. Thanks Virgin/Telewest!!
