I just replied to one of your threads under 'which magazine votes sky best buy over virgin' where you said the below within brackets;
'which magazine has voted sky cheaper and better in their review of extra television channels'.

You seem to have a right bee in your bonnet with VM and is there something you are not telling us?

All I can say is perhaps let VM get there act together. No doubt Sir Richard and co are having a lot of teething problems and the mo, especially this nonsense with Sky taking the channels off them is causing a lot of people to call in no doubt.

I would assume Sir Richard will soon have the same customer service in place as he does have with Virgin. I have faith in him to bounce back and wish him every success and if I was you I would request some sort of compo for you're time wasted, as it is a bit excessive. Lets give this great man a chance to shine.

If some people think calling him a great man is a bit much, then I would like to add it is my opinion and he has done an awfull lot for various charities and stil does.
