Home/Settings/Technical stuff, but the engineer did it for me. I had a play when he'd gone
There's a few other settings in there that you may want to adjust as well.

The HD picture is excellent but i'm not so sure the non hd is as clear as my freeview. It looks a bit pixelated at times.
