Mine hasn't worked for 2 days. Reset, rebooted and all the stuff they tell you when you ring CS.

Lucky if you got through to CS.

At moment, just told to ring back later.

The service has well and truly gone down the pan.

I just cannot be bothered to ring them now, yet we are still paying for premium service.
