At the end of the day a court would decide whether the contact is unfair, and whether VM have broken it, he said basically that he would take the opposite view that VM are taking.
And by the way, have you not heard of the small claims court?
The customer would pay a court fee, once the case has been heard, if it went that far
vm would have to pay the customers court fee plus compensation the customer is seeking.
