Doesn't appear to be possible on Belkins, or it would be in the Admin Web Page, at least it doesn't appear to be possible on mine and no your router will not work without mains power

EDIT: Actually just found it on mine, in the page DocDutch mentions above, change Wireless Mode from 54g or whatever it's on to "OFF"
