Hi people, I tried to do a firmware upgrade with the one I got from BT's website. The upgrade started okay then I got a message saying it was not successful, restart the process and reboot the hub. When i reboot the hub, all the lights came on, now I cannot even access the hub in anyway. the lights remain on and no activity at all. help please.
