I am a Prem Plus season ticket holder. However, looking forward to the Pompey v Chelsea game I go to channel 501, only to find a blank screen. Channel 502 (Prem Plus 1) tells me I can subscribe to the game for £8. What's going on? Anyone else have the same problem?
I moved onto a new package when Virgin Media came in but I was assured that my Prem Plus season ticket would continue unchanged. Can anyone shed any light on this? I phoned Customer Services but of course they don't open at weekends anymore.
This is so frustrating.
