Re: Router or Modem Fault

The only way to prove which is at fault would be to remove the router and use the PC regularly or leave a tool open on it that will use the connection (would suggest bittorrent with a limited upload speed set). You will soon see if it is the router. If you have tried multiple routers then I would suggest calling VM while you have no router involved in the connection (don't even mention that you have one if asked) and that will make them run the tests that they are ignoring by blaming the router.
