Try this....

Turn the box off and wait a few minuites
Turn it on
wait a few minuites
Press Home
wait and press 8
wait and press 4
wait and press down
wait and press left
wait and press down
wait and press left
press ok
make sure your TV is on the correct channel
Press ok

that might bring it back for you.
