Thank you. Just thought I would bump this thread because as of last night the only way I can access my email is directly via the quoted URL. Following any of the links from the Virgin Media website no longer works for me. When I follow any of the Virgin Media links, login fails and I get a message telling me to contact support. I don't use POP email but I would guess that's probably ok.
