It's nothing an engineer can fix. It sounds as if they haven't activated the right box at the CS end - they need to send the signal to the right card. I assume you had your old box moved, right ? Chances are they have sent the V+ signal to the old box. Get on the blower to them again and ask to speak to the V+ team in Wales. |
Yes thats right because i had the exact same problem when i had my V+ box installed on Tuesday and the engineer came and just before he arrived it said on the screen your V+ has been activated or something similar, and he turned up and said it was a problem their end because it was not sending the right signal
