Nobody said at a loss; it is being offered at a reduced price, as a potential short-term reduction in profits/turnover in order to retain customers, and to retain the ability to cross-sell in the future; unfortunately, in the short-term, less cash-flow is available (reduced prices, reduced profit) therefore investment in capital and operating expenditure could be reduced.

I think the current (non-)negotiations show that it does.....
; switching on the channels just take a quick activation of an option on a computer screen; but you still have to pay the supplier for them, which costs money.
