havnt tried to get through yet though from my phone calls to other places to check my options i can say you might not need to

bt said they would contact virgin and sky said they would give me a pack with letters to send to virgin

now i am just waiting to see if sense will prevail or if i will go with the cheaper option with the channels i want ( that is sky now )
