It seems 20mb is being tested again in my area (Preston) as i just downloaded a tv show at a constant 2400KB,why do i say tested and not rolled out because as many of you will asked i checked my config page and 10mb config remains.

I also did a file tranfer to friend to test upload and i uploaded to him at around 80-95KB.
