Yes thankfully I now have a much better job.
I hate that phrase with a passion as all the management tweeps who sprout it tend to be the ones who get promoted way above their ability beyond the actual workers.
Most customers are always right. Some customers are very, very,
very wrong. And some out and out lie to you. They are the ones who the rule doesn't apply to.
