I get 119 now, and I am on a Samsung STB box (until Wednesday) - you can also use the "on demand" button on the STB remote control.
Re Sky Customer Services; here is a link to Sky User Forum, which like Cable Forum, has a mixture of good and bad, happy and unhappy.
