just the opinion for 9 people though Neil out of abt 100,000 that take the freedom product

i don't think so
but to add to the 9 opinions on the other site when I worked at ntl just after they outsourced some of the sales to India got LOADS of calls from ppl being mis-sold the product and then people not able to disconncet the service or get through to freedom customer services.
This was back in January time though so things might of changed
