Its not that bad, i've had it for just on a week, trying to upgrade to 'up to' 8 meg and free phone calls. For some reason they've stuck me on 1meg (and i am actually getting 1 meg all the time!), but the free local phone calls are the big selling point to me.
The only downside is the rubbish modem you get, its a speedtouch 330 usb, but at least you can change that
