OK.... take a look at
Virgin's boards. Many people signed up to Virgin Media for The Simpsons, Stargate, Battlestar Galactica, Lost, 24 and Nip/Tuck. If Virgin don't take care of their customers then their customers will doubtless take care of themselves!
