I know, i got a £30 charge the other day because of a direct debit taking me over my limit, even though i had cancelled this direct debit (EDF Energy) 3 or 4 times already, but the nice bloke from Barclays said it was on my account as newly set up, each time. So i have to get them to pay for the charge, EDF said they were ringing me, and as you might have guessed, i've had no call.
