i phoned up a while ago to cancel and they said there was a disconection fee i told the person that i didnt have a contract and she said i still had to pay it for some reason i didnt listen to her much(filling me with crap), and im gutted because there service is absolute rubbish yet they still expect me to pay every month for a service im hardley using because its so poor.....i wana leave but refuse to pay the £50
