Recently discovered that I have been overpaying ntl for a number of years. Asked for my money back. Eventually promised a cheque for about Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£900 and told it would be in the post within 28 days. It didn't arrive. Contacted ntl again yesterday and was told it would be dealt with and someone would ring me to confirm. Still heard nothing. I HAVE NO FAITH IN THESE PEOPLE.
CUSTOMER SREVICES - DON'T MAKE ME LAUGH. Found this site yesterday. Slightly less depressing to know I'm not alone.
