I have given up using the email contact box as they never seem to respond

They all seem to finish at the same place and get no further I has a list of reference given by the autoreply which are unsnaswered and not expected to be so

This is a company who got a complaint from me and wrote to me with a standard letter saying matters were being dealt with and a customer concern person would contact me. That was last october so I sent a chase letter in January and recieved [ a standard letter ......] eventually I did receive a call from a member of CC who had not read either of my letter or understand what was the situation was so I had to tell her word by word.

Her Response "Coz of the time Its unlikely we can ascertain what went wrong!"

Reasonable Products (But needs content to match others)
Poor Customer Service (but getting better haphazardly)

but without it we would be crushed by Sky Dominance!
