Im far from being a fan boy and i have had the odd problem with NTL/TW in the past but if i have ever had a problem they have always resolved it quickly and when my modem broke it was replaced within 48hrs.
I have to say the calls i have made to customer services in the past have always been handled well on their side and i would say they are the best customer services i have come across,i know that will come as a shock to many as i have read the various problems users have had with the CS team.
Guess it can be very hit and miss my only suggestion is if you call them and dont get the answer you want call again and again lol
