Just received my first Virgin Media bill.
Had a new V Plus box fitted a couple of weeks ago, was told that new box would cost £10.00 ( on XL pack) and the second box that I was paying £15.00 for would now be £5.00.
Billed for £10.00 for the V+ box and £15.00 for the second box.
