As such, no commercial concern is allowed to own them. The UKTV channels are partially owned by Flextech and BBC Worldwide (a commercial company that is legally seperate from the BBC, but owns it's commercial interests).

The BBC channels are not (and can not be) owned by BBC Worldwide.
