the bundle deals don't include all my services

Been a telewest customer (well my dad has since me and my girlfriend share a house with my ol' man) since they changed their name from Cable & Wireless.
We had a ton of hassle when the broadband was installed as the 2 'engineers' decided to have a staple gun fight in our front garden which cost Telewest a new tire for my dads car and a visit/personal appology from some head of engineers.
Me dad has also complained recently about the pic freezing every few mins on a lot of the channels, the blokes have been out and redone the cable from the street to our house as it was originally skewed under next doors garden and the guy next door had accidentally damaged it when gardening, so we now have a totally seperate cable under the egde of our garden. Still the pic freezes up a lot. Telewest refused 3 times to change the tv box and said it was down to the channels themselves not their equipment. They posted a new remote to us but it made no difference and me dads getting fed up of paying premium for a service which keeps freezing up (I get no probs on my broadband tho).

Looked at their bundle deals and there doesnt seem to be one that gives us the services we need.

At the mo we use
Basic phone at £11

XL tv at £20.50 (me dad loves his Discovery, Performane ch. etc but the majority of stuff on other channels, he doesnt watch but can't get the stuff he does want without this package)

and L 4mb broadband at £25.00

£56.50 without call charges, which are a coupla quid or so.
Our bill usually ends up being slightly less than £60 PM.

Is there no way we could get this bill down a bit?
Theres no 3 for £30 without us dropping both the broadband and TV service down.

I also wouldnt mind another set top box for my room cos my freeview reception is pretty bad. weird Q, does anyone have the dimensions for the current set top boxes. for space in my tv unit.
Anyone help us out as to whether as a long time customer we could sort out a new bundle deal or whether theres no choice but to pay the premium price on all three services.

Any help appreciated before I ring up on his behalf to try to haggle.
