We got a new Samsung box to replace our old Pace unit quite some months ago after it decided to start taking several hours to update itself
The remote has played up periodically since then and has probably been getting worse recently to be honest. We thought it might just be the batteries but soon ruled that out so it's kind of reassuring to know it's not just us
