Re: What would you do if BSkyB pulls some channels

no contest I would stay.

Although where I live I not able to put up SKY dishes I supose my vote non count. Would my answer be different if I could, NO.

You have to look at the future. In my opinion out of all concepts cable is the best way to view Digital. No chance of a bad storm knocking signals. ion sun radiation storms in space affecting a satalite.

Although cable is only as good as the fibre optics planted to link up the network it potentially still far far superior way.

I also believe with branson know how and zest I think virgin media will be more of a market leader. In the past whats held up NTL like a millstone was its debts in laying the cable out.

I have also wondered if our cable will strapped onto the american cable system market and expanded to europe too. I think this would open up cable to much more channels and would push SKY to look for left overs.

I can see Cable expanding and Sky shrinking. It wont happen overnight but in 3 years time I think the roles will be reversed. Although I think the freeview box might just have the market share. As I think as the big switch off comes close those who are not digital will get one free. Cable by then will have overtaken sky.
