I had V+ HD installed on Saturday 10th. The engineer informed me that the remote can be slow to respond so to be patient. Do not repeat your button presses or do others as the system can then be overloaded with all the different button requests and might then do a wobbler. I have been very patient and therefore had no problems with my box. All functions working OK so far.
